Refund and Exchange

Yes! We offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within, 30 days for a full refund or exchange, provided the item is in its original condition.

Sometimes it’s just not right, if your item wasn’t what you expected, don’t worry, you have up to 30 days after receipt to return the item.

To qualify for a return:
• Items must be in a new unused condition; we reserve the right not to accept the return if the product shows signs of wear
• All products returned must include all original packaging materials and tags
• All items purchased as part of a set, or a part of a promotional offer must all be returned according to the promotional terms & conditions.

The below items are non-returnable:
• Personalized,adjusted to fit, customized,engraved products and made to order
• Gift cards
• Face masks  
• Perishable goods
• Products purchased from a different country

Returned through a courier service:
Please note that your return will be processed within 10 days from the time we receive the product in our warehouse. Once processed, we will send you a confirmation email. It may take anywhere from 5-10 business days for the funds to appear back in your account.

Delivery

Shipping times vary based on your location and the shipping method chosen at checkout. Typically, orders are processed within 1 business day, with delivery taking an additional 2-3 business days.

Shipping & Returns

Return the parcel according  to the instructions of your chosen return carrier. Keep the proof of return and tracking details provided by your carrier. Allow approximately 14 working days for the return process upon our receipt of your return. Once your Online return has been processed, you will receive a return confirmation email and the refund will be issued to the original order payment method. Refunds may take up to 10 working days to show on your account.

For promotional bundles, where you enjoy a discount as a result of purchasing a certain number of items (for example, “Buy two or more bracelets and receive 15% off”), you can return separately any of the items purchased. However, if your return reduces the number of items purchased below the offer threshold, your remaining purchases will no longer qualify for the promotion and all discounts applied will be forfeited.

Here are some examples:
   – Buy two or more bracelets and receive 15% off: If you purchase 3 bracelets for £100 each, your total purchase price will be £255.  If you return one bracelet your purchase still qualifies for the promotional offer, and you will receive £85 back for that item.  If you return two bracelets, you no longer qualify for the promotional offer; the one bracelet you retain will revert to full price, and your refund will be £155.

– Compose your set and enjoy an exciting price: If you purchase 3 items as a set to receive promotional pricing, and you return one item in that set, your purchase will no longer qualify for the promotional set pricing.  The remaining items would revert to full price, which would be reflected in the refund for the item you return.

Payment

We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment options. All transactions are processed securely to ensure your information is protected

Our online availability is indicated with the “Add to basket” button. If the button isn’t displayed, it’s because we are unable to fulfill it at the moment.​

​If products are unavailable, you may opt to receive a notification if the product comes back in stock. Simply click on “contact us” button at the bottom of page and add your email address​.

Nichelle Jewellery runs sale promotions throughout the year. To stay up to date, we recommend signing up to our newsletter or follow our social media channels.

If your recent order did not qualify for the promotion, please check the promotion Terms & Conditions to ensure that the item you ordered was not excluded from the promotion.​

If you believe your item was not part of the exclusions, please check to ensure that the order was placed during the promotion validity period.​

Our promotions always have set validity periods and once the end date has passed, either the discount voucher codes automatically stop functioning or the standard price returns.​

​Orders placed before a promotion is released cannot be altered to take advantage of the newest promotion.
